Dear Dealers- Our two show dates for the year 2008 are Sunday August 3rd & Sunday September 14th
*Set up time is 7:00am and show hours are 9:00am- 5:00pm.
*Fee: $65- for each 10 x 10 space--**reduced!!!** because of the large crowds we recommend a 10x 20 space (now $130), which will have a 20 foot frontage- the 10 x 10 spaces are recommended for small setups. (Because of the space sublet problem each space is individually priced.)
*Cover: tents or tarps are necessary for sudden showers- there is also no shade. There are no breakdowns permitted before 4 p.m. except for extreme weather.
*Spaces are limited, so please return your application as soon as possible- especially for the August show. Acceptances are on a postmark basis according to the type of antiques sold. (ex: jewelry, postcards, furniture, etc.) We will confirm acceptances as the show fills.
*We are striving for a quality show and want only true antiques and collectibles. No handmade or used furniture, and no new folk art or new salvage. We reserve the right to ask an exhibitor to leave with forfeiture of fee. This is not a flea market.
*Absolutely no subletting spaces. Your name will be deleted from our database for future shows. We reserve the right to know who is selling on our property. Please contact Pam Larson at 609-361-7008 if a problem arises.
*Viking Village cannot accept responsibility for dogs-- NO DOGS!!
*We advertise heavily in trade papers, newspapers, cable, and many radio and TV stations. Our shows enjoy an excellent reputation and draw crowds of 2000-3000 buyers rain or shine.
