2017 Show Application & Details

Attention Dealers:

Return Application Form

*Set up time is 7:00am Show hours are 9:00am - 5:00pm.

*Fee: $85 for each 10 x 10 space. Because of the large crowds, we recommend a 10x 20 space ($170) which will have a 20 foot frontage. The 10 x 10 spaces are recommended for small setups.

*Cover: tents or tarps are necessary for sudden showers and absence of shade. There are no breakdowns permitted before 4 p.m. except for extreme weather.

*Spaces are limited, so please return your application as soon as possible, especially for the August show. Acceptances are on a postmark basis according to the type of antiques sold. (ex: jewelry, postcards, furniture, etc). We will confirm acceptances by April or as the both shows fill..

*We are striving for a quality show and want only true antiques and collectibles. No handmade or used furniture, knock-off merchandise, and no new folk art or new salvage. We reserve the right to ask an exhibitor to leave with forfeiture of fee. This is not a flea market.

*Absolutely no subletting spaces. Your name will be deleted from our database for future shows. We reserve the right to know who is selling on our property. Please contact Pam Larson at 609-361-8039 if a problem arises. Please include any partner name and phone number on the application.

*Viking Village cannot accept responsibility for dogs -- NO DOGS

*We advertise heavily in trade papers, newspapers, cable, and many radio and TV stations. Our shows enjoy an excellent reputation and draw crowds of 2000-3000 buyers rain or shine.

*ALL CHECKS MUST BE MADE PAYABLE TO:
